I-140 - Financial Statement from CFO

HI I-140 Guys

Can anybody post the sample document on
Company Financial Statement format. Cut & paste will do.

I need to get it signed from my CFO.

how Big is your company ? If the total number of employees are more than 100, you would need a letter from HR or CFO on companys letter head ELSE you need to send all financial reports like - Tax returns for 2000, 2001, Balance sheet, bank statements , w2 forms etc etc..
double check with your attorney...

My lawyer put "non-profit" everywhere, I didn't see any financial documents in the case. Is that OK?
