I-140 finally approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everybody,
The impossible has happened at last. My 140 got approved 2 days back. Let me share my information with you guys who have given me vital support during this painstaking period.

EAC# - EAC-02-279-XXXXX

EB2 Labor applied on 9th Aug, 2001
Got rejected
Then company applied subst. labor+140 (No concurrent 485)
R.D. - 6th Sep 2002
N.D. - 9th Sep 2002
A.D. - 10th June 2003 (no RFE)

So it has taken exactly 9 months or 270 days. I'll apply 485 soon.

that is true....

some of them have prematured birth (140 approvals in less than 9 months) and many of us have prolonged stay in the labor room.
