Hi,
Has anybody here applied I-140 on their own without a lawyer's help? If so, how was your experience (and result).

I looked at the application and it did not seem tricky/difficult.
Basically they are asking for Labor cert. and aplicant credentials.

Any information is appreciated.

Thanks,
AV.

I did it myselft. Do you have LC?
I did EB2 (NIW) myself but in my employer's name. NIW is a bit complicated but I went ahead myself since most the recommendation letters have to be prepared yourselves even when you have an atoney. I got a request for additional evidences and I responded. so far no result yet.

after I received my LC early this year (I did LC myself too), I filed I-140 again myselft but in my employer's name. No result yet. in both cases, my employer paid the application fee.
