I-140 Filing Date

Hi,

My I-140 is currently filed in normal processing at NSC. I am planning to convert it to premium. Does anyone know if the filing date of my I-140 would be the date when it is converted to premium or the old filing date for normal processing ? Please advice.

I went thru this process before at NSC. As soon as they confirmed receipt of your pp. It take 10-15 days to conclude your application from the date of receipt.

Your PP time starts when they receive your PP upgrade request not your original I-140 RD.
