i recently filed i-140 of substituted labour eb-3 2002 august.i-140 filed on 12th march.no reciept yet.how long does it take to know if or not i-140 is approved?i applied at texas state.
my pd 2002 aug,as of now india eb-3 still stuck at feb 01.how many yrs or months i may have to wait by the time i can get to file i-485?
are there too many i-245 cases for india too?any ray of hope?
