I appled I-140 with substitution labor

I didn't receive any RFE..waiting ..

Anybody knows about substitution labor ..These type of cases take more time?

i-140/i-485/EAD/Travel Doc At NSC with substitute labor
ND : 12/06/2002
FP : done 01/14/2003

No RFE nothing else till today

My company is offering me a substitute labor. Its for BS in finance or equivalent with 2 years of experience in data warehousing tools. I have BS in Electronics engineering with 8 years of experience and same experience in Data warehousing.

Can I use this approved labor? Please share your comments, I really appreciate it.
