I-140 filed directly at Texas Service Center ????

My employer filed my I-140 directly at Texas Service Center. Although my employer is based in Texas but on the I-140 form it states that all I-140s should be filed at Nebraska Service Center.
It was filed with a labor substitution on 12th July. My concern is that will it be rejected because it was filed at wrong location?
If rejected, can I file it again though the labor substitution window is closed?
 
I beleive its alright. As all the 140 application end up at TSC anyway. My 140 application was filed in NSC in Nov 2006, but ended up at TSC in Dec. So i think you dont have anything to worry about.
