My I-140 is filed after labor through EB-2 last week. Since I am unable to file I-485 concurrently now, is there any other law similar to AC21 now which will allow me to change employer after 180 days without any effect on my GC application? Without this the new process is just helping employers to squeeze employees like me- against the freedom & equality logic of US.
