Hi friends

I am starting this thread to track EB2 cases filed in Febraury 2005.

I-140 LUD 2/10/2005
 
looks like it is moving in November now...as per Immigrationwatch.com there are more cases in november,december and january.So i think it might talk some time to get to febraury may be 3 months from now. Let's keep our fingers crossed guys....
 
my case similar to your's

hi addagarla,

my I-140 RD is 02/02/05 and there was an LUD on 03/29/05 with out message change. ours is EB3 substituted labour. what about urs? is it EB2 or EB3? own labour or substituted labour?

sorry for posting about EB3 case. but i am anxious to know about the reason for LUD.

u guessed it right. mine is also EB3 Sub case. I too wondered about the reason behind the LUD on 3/29 for some time. I have no clue. Let me know if you find something.

I didn't apply for I-765. But my wife's 765 got approved. We haven't recieved FPT notices yet. It is good that you got FP done.

hello addagarla,

as I was reading all the forums i understand that every I-140 wtih EB3 substituted labour is getting LUD nearly after 1 month 25 days from receipt date. some people are getting RFE at that time and some people are getting RFE when our receipt date is current processing date. I saw some people with EB3 sub. labour I-140 has LUD and RFE regarding ability to pay after 1 month 25 days of receipt date. I thought we passed one of hurdles.
but we may get RFE but only 50% of chances are there rather than 100%. that is my conclusion after reading the forum. how it sounds for u. Comments are appreciated.

any LUD on 140 or 485

hello friends,

As for the forums CSC is now working on the applications with receipt date end of december. hopefully our applications will also be touched soon. please post the updates if any body is there in january also.

sounds reasonable. I really appreciate your research about the RFE. Is it possible to contact USCIS regarding FP notice?. We tried to call the famous emergency number. Unfortunately, we get the unfriendly-guy on the phone and we hang up.

what are your details? i.e, when did u apply for 485? is that also 02/02/05. if so why is that delay to get FP notice? if u call the customer service number they only tell us the online status. that thing we can also get if we go to our account on USCIS website. emergency number is only for attorneys. some people are calling emergency number and getting information luckily. please post ur details. if u don't have any LUD saying that FP notice mailed, you can not ask them anything. it is better to consult the lawyer. he will give u a good advise i.e, whether calling or waiting?

my I-485 RD is 03/011/05. My lawyer is not helpful. Anyway, I will send a mail to see what he says about it. Thanks

Please help!!!!!!!! AP approval doc is lost in transit?

Hi, guys. We have the similar case like yours-EB2, concurrent filling early March/2005 (CSC). AP and EAD got approved April/21/2005. Received EAD cards three days after receiving the emails from them. But no luck on the AP approval document.

Could anybody confirm receiving the AP approval document recently if yours got approved around 4/21/2005, please? Any help is deeply appreciated. Thank you very much.

similar situation.........

online message shows AP approval mailed on 22nd and EAD approval mailed on 26th. we received EAD last week itself. but we didn't receive the AP until now. we are also waiting for that. we will let u know if we get that. u also let us know the update. my lawyer also got the approval notice for EAD but nothing about AP.

Thank you very much for your timely response. I hope you do not mind I say I am feeling a little better since you have the similar situation. :p

We also checked with our lawyers. But she hasn't received the physical AP doc. Also the email we received says " the doc was mailed to whom it was issued". So let's keep checking our mailboxes then.

don't worry

we called a friend yesterday. his RD is somewhere around feb beginning. he also got EAD and AP in march. he was telling that AP will take two to three weeks after mailing. Because it goes some where else for stamping meanwhile. so it will be late.so i hope we will get it by the end of this week.
one more thing is i got LUD on 485 on 05/03/05. do u have any clues about that? and what about ur 485?

No LUD on 140 or 485

Thank you for letting us know that the AP approval doc usually takes two weeks to reach us. It is nice to know how it works. I worried about it so much.
There is nothing changed for our 140 and 485 since they received it. I will let you know when it gets updated.

CSC times updated

CSC times show that 140 and 485 are running dec 16....which in this phase would take a month and at the most 2 months to get to febraury cases...let's keep our fingers crossed..
