I 140 Experience Letters

Here is my situation

Labor approved in Eb2. Pd 04/02/2003

Have experience letters only for 4 1/2 years.

The company that I worked for from feb2000 to Oct2001 is no longer in business and the company that I worked from oct2001 to jan2003 is not willing to give. What should I do? Please advice on how to provide the experience for the above period.

You can get an affidevit from a coworker.

pay stubs or w2 will not help. I think the INS is trying to find out if the skillsets mentioned in labor will match.
 
How about if there is a break between two jobs. suppose two months we dont have a job. Do we need to mention that in resume and while applying for labour?
