I-140 Experience letter requirement

I have question on the experience letter requirement for I-140.

Is it sufficient if I submit experience letters for the period required as per Labor application, or should I have experience letter for every job that I had in my career?

My case: My perm is approved for job title of Director with MBA + 24 months of experience.

I have letters from 3 of my earlier companies in prescribed format covering 3.5 years of experience which is more than 24 month requirement specified in the labor application

I do not have letters from my first 2 jobs and they are not cooperative / reachable. Is this OK?

Any insight appreciated

Thanks

As long as you could produce experience letters for the jobs in relavent field exceeding the stated requirement on labor/Perm, you are fine.

Well, to be on the safe side, all listed experience/employers on the PERM must provide letters for I-140. This is my opinion.
