I-140 Expediate Response from USCIS

HI Guys,,

Made expediate request on my I-140Jun03 which is pending from last 2 Yrs (VCS) Got message "The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another office to assist us in the final adjudication of this case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case"

My finger printing is cleared , also got response from FBI ( name check is done ). I don't knw what for thy are waiting..Can any one tell me, what shall I do now ?

Anyone had same problem... please let me know

I am also in the same boat. My I140 is pending over 2 years for the reasons of substitute labor (Original labor missing).

I don't the answer to your question, but I guess they mean that they are waiting for the original labor from DOL if your case also is a substitute.

If you can answer me the following questions that will be very useful for me.

1) can you tell me what did you do to find out that your FBI name check has been cleared.

2) How did you expedite your case?

Hi Karns,

Mine is not substitute labour. I don't know why did not my lawyer filed Original Labour with I-140. I made the name check inquiry to FBI (Email: fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov) , you can find format in ths thread. Also Expediate request was done through my Company.

I had conference call with company and USCIS customer service center 3 weeks, she told us that your case is on hold, send fax to VCS for Expediate request. I did , got reply they are waiting for information from another office.
Do have any idea how long it should take ? Almost it is 2+ yrs.. now...
