I-140 Educational Evaluation

I am currently on H1B. I had my educational evaluation done for H1B and I submitted the same for I-140 processing.

I had completed my Bachelor of Engineering - Civil and subsequently I did a computer course and joined software industry.

In my educational evaluation, it states that I did a course in computers.

Now, I have misplaced the certificate - computer course, so I did not submit that with the I-140, I submited only my degree certificates.

Will this cause an issue for denial of I-140 on Educational Grounds.

What was stated in Colum 14 and 15 in your labor certificate form (ETA form)?
The requirements in the ETA form are very important.
