I-140 education issues

Hi UN,

I need your expert Advice.

My case is EB3 @ CSC filed Concurrently on 06/04.

Column 14 of the ETA shows Education Required as
Grade School ALL
High School ALL
College ALL

College Degree Required ; Bachelor's Degree.(No Equivalent Mentioned).

Major Field of study : Comp Sci/management information systems OR equivalent.(this is mentioned in column 15)

Experience : 2 years

I have 3 Yrs Degree (Bachelors of Commerce) and 2 Yrs Master Diploma in computer applications and have 10 years of experience

Will USCIS consider my Educational qualifications as Bachelors as per the requirement in Column 14 of the ETA? In case of RFE what are my options?

well... it is all luck !. I received a RFE yesterday. My friend who applied along with me..same company ..position etc..did not receive one. So dont worry now. IF at all a RFE is received, you can easily manage it , unless your company does really really bad.

I have a 3 years degree and same exp as your. My RFE was on my pay stubs and my company w2. Nothing about the education.

I suspect you may have problems. Since ETA 750 does not specify equiv.
If possible talk to your employer about amending the ETA 750.
Search the forums there are plenty of postings on this issue.
