I got email tonight that my 140 has been approved finally ! It was a very long and frustrating journey guys ! Thanks a lot to the forum that provided so much information and so much hope.

PD: 8/10/2001 (Own labor) AD 5/27/2004
EB3
140 & 485 concurrent filing
RD: 8/16/2004
140 AD: 4/25/2005 No LUD changes.

What does ur 140 approval notice say about the eligibility to adjust.

Same standard message and nothing about 485:

This case has been approved. On April 25, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.


Currently in dilemma whether to use AC21 or wait for final approval.

That's good. U might get ur 485 approval soon. People who r not eligible, r getting diff msg in their 140 approval notice.
