RFE sent 29th April 2003. Attorney did not get it yet.
shall post once i get to know the details!

Any recent RFE's off-late for any 140 apps in Feb'03? What are the major reasons for RFE ?

The RFE was on two concerns:
1. Tax info of my company for last three years (to support ability to pay)
2. It was a subst LC. So a letter from employer stating that no I-140 was filed before.

hope it is normal. Thats what my attorney told me.

Hi,
Iam in the same boat REF on 23rd April for company financial document to prove that company can pay from CSC. But my company is not responding to my mails or phone calls, did you get the info from your company? How you proceed with REF? can you getback to me, Iam so worried.

Did you talk to your attorney? Your company should provide your attorney with copies of your company's tax returns for the last 2 or 3 years. Then your attorney will file the response for the RFE.
