I-140 EB2 Solo Approved

Congratulations. I found through this forum that many of us (like you, Vijji241 etc ) in EB2-Solo category got similar RFE in similar timeframe and also got approved at almost same time.
At least I saw some consistency on BCIS part in these cases. I am waiting to file 485. See you in 485 forum.
 
Son's status

Hello forum,

I have a question, my 140 is approved and my h1 is valid thru NOV'04, i am going to apply 485(EAD & Advance parole) for me and my family, once i got EAD we will start using it from Nov, what will be the my son status after Nov. Do i need to aplly H1-7th year extension and get H4-visa for him or pending 485 wil allow him to stay here?

please advise?
