Recently I had my I-140 EB2 NIW case approved
. I haven't applied to I-485 yet. I did not OPT to Consular Processing on my I-140 
. I would like to go to consular processing but processing time on I-824 got me worried. So based on that;
1) Is there any expedited process for NIW I-485 cases. I know that my priority date (PD) for I-485 is going to be my receipt date (RD) on my I-140. How would that effect the processing time on my regular AOS process.
2) How can I get the list of consulates that accepts AC I-140 for CP. Also I believe that I do not need to file I-824 if US consulate at my home contry accepts AC I-140. Is that right?
3) Is receipt date for I-824 enough to file AC I-140. I kind of know that this not enough, but I heard that it might be acceptable.
