I got RFE on my I-140 two months ago.
Our company sent the reply on last monday 06/06/2005.
This evening I got a mail saying " I-140 got approved on 06/13/2005".
Details are:

I-140 EB2 (Non concurrent-CP )filed on December 2004.
04/07/2005 - RFE on ability to Pay.
06/06/2005 -Replied with Company financial documents ,
My w2 for last 3 years ,Tax filed
documents and 3 months recent pay stubb.
This evening (06/13/2005) got an approval mail.
