Thanks for all the support in this forum. This is a great forum where lot of information is very useful.

Guys hang in there and I am pretty sure VSC is picking up speed.

One thing that I would like to tell my fellow-members that do file concurrently. Do not keep a gap between your I-140 and I-485 filing.

Congrats my friend, hopefully your logic of I-140/I-485 works and we also see our approvals soon. Leaving some exceptions it's working on many cases. Please let us know when you come back after CP it would be great to hear from you.

I really appreciate your posts. I was also impressed by the support by other members as well.

I think, based on this week's approval, VSC is working on the same logic that I, you and Sanga were talking about.

One another thing (that others might not have noticed) is that AILA raised this topic of pending I-140 at Vermont. VSC accepted the situation and also said they will allocate some manpower to adjudicate EB2 and EB1 cases. I have seen that whenever they admit, usually you will see lots of action from their side. Last two weeks have been very eventful and we have seen many approvals.

I am sure, all of you (July, Sept, Early October filed Cases) should see the approval.

Please spread the message that do not leave any gap between I-140 and I-485 filing.
