My 140 - EB2 RIR Case is appoved
No RFE
Website gives no indication of approval
Phone system gives no indication of approval
I received a copy from my lawyer today 03/29/2004
Details

RD : 03/14/2003
ND : 03/21/2003
AD : 03/22/2004

I wonder how many people are like jaynam whose status is approved but Website or phone system are not updated?

all the best.

Some people who posted their approvals last week didn't have the delay with website update. If RFE is issued then precious time will be lost.
