Hi,
I had filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently. My PD is July 27th, 2009. The LUD that I see logging in is 09/09/09 for I-140 and 09/03/09 for I-485. Since then the cases are pending and sitting in initial review status and it has been close to six months. Any ideas as to processing time for EB1EA at TSC? Any suggestions as to how I should follow up? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
