I-140 & Ead

My lawyer is in the process of filing PERM online. Once it gets approved, can I-140 & I-485 be filled concurently (EB-3 category)? Will I be able to apply for EAD at the same time too?

Once you get approved your LC then you can file 140 and 485 if PD are current for EB3 otherwsie you have to file 140 .
