I 140, EAD Approval ??

I 140 LIN 03 124 XXXXX
I 765 LIN 03 124 XXXXX


Did anyone's I140, I765 approved with RD as March 8, 2003 EB2/RIR/Concurrent. Can we go and take Interim EAD after completion of 90 days at the local INS or not. Please let me know.

Hi Adusu

No news yet about my case. I dont know whether we can get an interim EAD from local office- I guess it depends on the local office itself. Someone told me sometime back that the St Paul/Bloomington office (MN) has stopped issuing EAD's - but I am not sure about their interim EAD policy.

I guess you could call your local office and find out


BTW - What's your RD / ND?
Is it March 8?

My dates are March 7 and 10 (RD /ND) but my application number is
LIN03 125 5 2xxx

Comparing my number with yours (assuming yours is March 8)- the dates dont seem to make sense- I dont know how they issue these receipt numbers.

I checked a few LINs on the online status check and saw a few LIN03 1225xxxx numbers getting approved for I140 and 765.

Hi Khargosh,

My RD is March 8th. On the INS site they mentioned all the local INS where they are issuing the interim EAD. Please let me know after your I 140 & 765 approval.
