I-140, Ead, Ap

Hello, All.

I applied for my I-485, EAD, AP, 485 in 1st week of April.
I got RFE on my i-140.
So far i did not got any approval.
Is any body applied in April'03 got approvals.
That could be helpful.

1. I would like to Travel, can i get a AP for emergency purposes.

2. Is my company doing foul play, they are capable of doing it?
Any suggestions pl.

All EAD and AP are scrutinized for concurrent filiing. Until the RFE in 140 is cleared (you can check that on line) you will not be able to get EAD /AP.

I am not sure if this is completely true, I had read similar views while filing 485 in Sept 2002 while 140 was pending with ND july 02. However, I received AP in Sept 02 and EAD in OCt 02 , while my 140 was still pending. I recd 140 approval in Nov 02. In my case I didnt' have an RFE on 140.
