I-140 Done !

Congrats ....

If you are from Phillipines,India or China then retrogression will affect you a little. However your PD is so close to the currently retrogressed date that by April when the PD moves, you will be the first ones in so don't worry too much about it.
 
Congrats will_get_there. Could you please post your PD once you receive your 140 approval?
Mine is a substitute labor too. Just curious to know....thanks...
 
My sub labor PD is 03/2000 so based on that I should get 485 approved fast, however never know what USCIS will consider as PD so keeping fingers crossed and praying.

Today, I got my I140 approval too.

will_get_there : For all purposes your PD is March,2000 and hence you shoyld get your approval in matter of 1-to-3 weeks if not days.


all_names_are_reserved : You may need to wait few months to get your PD to get current. Once PD becomes current, you will be the first one to get the approval, I hope.

Yes. My lawyer did sent an enquiry on 01/12/05. You should get your approval anyday from now. Nothing to loose if your attorney could send an enquiry.
