I am on 6th year of H1 and my visa is ending on 7th July 2006, Recently i joined my client as a full time, they are one of the biggest companies here in east coast (approx. 25000 Employees worldwide)after they told me about an approved labor which has a PD of November 2000 (EB2), Now the company immigration people are preparing all the documents, And i have few questions on my previous work experience letters,
I was with one consulting company from June 2000 - April 2002, But i never got any experience letter from them, And i have only offer letter from them, This company closed down in the beginning of 2002 and i am not in touch with any one from that company or i know any one , So how do i provide an experience letter from this company ? Also i was not continuously working for this company( during pre and post 911 job market)
Also how important previous W2's plays in I-140 and beyond ?
Any advices is greatly appreciated ,
