I-140 deny and outofstatus

1) If I-140 is deny after RFE and the RFE is not been sent...How you will no that you I-140 is denied after that date...Can we able to see the online message or can we will get the notice to our home address...how we will know about it !!!

2) I will become outofstatus.....if my I-140 is denied....So How will I know about it !!!,Will I get letter my I-140 is denied or I been out of status??

3) With in how many days I sould live the country


Please advice???
 
I guess you have filed concurrently(from your earlier posts).

1. Contact your lawyer.
2. Your lawyer will tell you.
3. Not a single day more.

Dude - lots of people have already posted to help you out - usnycus, ginnu ... so many real gurus. I don't know what else do you want to hear!

How is the approvals going on in Vermont for October? Are there many RFE's being imposed on I140's and rejections..

How about yours, did you hear anything from BCIS regarding your I140?

For me - it is long way to go - mine is 2004 case.

About approvals/pattern info dashDurai or nemessis are best bet now.
