I-140 Denied (so 485 Denied ), Help me Please what to do ?

Looks like I-140 Denied ( so 485 Denied ), suggest me what to do ?


Looks like my I-140 denied, I got denied letters for I-485 , mentions your I-485 is denied yesterday.. saying...

Your immigrant visa filed in your behalf by company xxxx, was denied on date(xxx )

I assumed this this 485 denials is because, my I -140 rejected/denied ...And also No status change on USCIS website..


I did not followup with my company whether they got I-140 denied letter .... but I called attonery, mentioned this could be because of. I-140 denial...

Earlier there was a RFE on I-140 , asked W2 of company for the year labor filed ( 2001 )... we submitted.....

I am totally depressed with this .....

Please help/suggest/advise... me what to do ??

All I know is in 2001 revenues are more than 1 M, not sure how much profiit on it.... ( company will not reveal about profit )
 
Post it in the Ability to pay thread and get guidance from UnitedNations. Wait till you see the denial which states the reason for denial.
Its not possible to comment on this before seeing the reason for denial.

Your company and lawyer both should get this letter which mentions the reason. Usually it reachs third day of the denial to them.
