I-140 Denied, possible options

Hi All,

Please advise with this problem. Thanks.

Labor: Feb 2005, approved in Jan 2007 [non perm]
I-140: Feb 2007
Received RFE (for company's financial documents) in Jan 2008, replied in time.
Status updated as "denial letter sent" on Feb 27, 2008, still waiting for denial letter to reach to attorney.

What are possible options?
1) File MTR (motion to reconsider) in case if denial letter tells reason of IAP for company.
2) File new labor and I-140 under PERM (with loosing priority date).
3) Join new employer and have him file LC and I-140.

Confusion:
My H-1 is in sixth year (finishing in March 2009). If I file new Labor and I-140, am I eligible to get 7th year extension, while case is pending?

Do I have any other options to pursue?

My dear friend,
Here is my frank opinion:

You must consider your both: 1st and 2nd option.
Do not leave any option blank, you never know the next.
Take all possible chance w/o thinking any negative.
Best of Luck,

Ram
