Replied to RFE on ability to pay Nov28th2006, denied on Feb5th2007.
Reasons awaited.

Nope, my future employer did not reveal it. He just said that it was denied due to ability to pay.
Unitednations refiled it in Apr 2007.
"ability to pay" can someone please explain that ?
