I-140 dENIED DUE TO ABANDONMENT-help
hi I REALLY NEED HELP. got a denial letter last Fri due to case abadonment. i have approved I-765 and got my SS# already. The reason it got denied is that they didnt recvd the documents needed in response to NOA we received for the ability of the employer to pay. i double checked it my lawyer and he said that he is 100% sure we mailed it already. With the denial letter i got, it says there that even if my 765 approved , now they are denying it together with my application of 485. Pls help me... does anybody have the same situation??????????? whats going to happen to my case now? will i have to start all over again?
