I-140 denied and sent to Administrative office for appeal

Hello there,

My I-140 denied and then my attorney filed an appeal which was send to Administrative office. Can anyone tell, usually how much time it takes to get reply from Administrative office. Is majority of appeals are approved or denied.

Which center? Only NSC denies I140

My 140 was also denied(CSC). No RFE, Straightaway denied saying your labor has already been used. We have also appealed and the case is with AAO, My attorney says will hear from them in 5 months. Don't know.....
