I-140 denied, 8th year

Hello there,

I’m on my 8th year H1. My I-140 got denied, and we filed an appeal which is denied recently.

I got 9th year extension on the basis of I-140 appeal. My H1 extension is valid till Oct’2010.

What are my options?

Can I transfer my H1 to a different company who can file LC or there are no chances of extending my H1 after Oct, 2010.
