Hello All Gurus,
I am having Bachlor Degree in Science (Chemistry) + 1 year advance diploma in computer science & application from India.
I am currently on H1B since Nov. 2006. I have got labor approved. In June 2009, my employer has filed my I-140 based on Education + 8 yrs of experience evaluation; which got denied on Dec. 03 2009 and notice mentioned that I doesn't have bachelor's with a major field of study in computer science or engineering. My education (Bachelor's in Chemistry) doesn't prove to be the member of the current profession, hence I am only eligible for non-immigrant worker and not eligible for immigrant based.
Could any one of you please guide me what is to be done? Is there any hope for me to go forward?
