I-140 degree copy

When applying I-140 EB2 category the instructions read we have to submit "an official academic record of degree". Does that mean we have to submit an OFFICIAL academic record or a COPY? Thank you for the clarification.

Copies of all the documentation is fine. But in this case "An Official Academic Record of the Degree" could also mean Transcripts/Memos of the curriculum. If they did not mention transcript as a seperate requirement, then this might be it.

I've recently applied for 140, and all the documentation that I provided to my attorney were photocopies.
