I-140 Customer Service question

Dear Forum members,

I had filed my I-140 in EB2-NIW on 14 Nov 2006. Today
the TSC processing date has become 14Dec 2006 but no
update on my case.

1) How long should I wait before calling the USCIS customer service?

2) Is it better to call myself or ask lawyer to call?

In trackitt I have not seen cases approved after september 2006 in EB2-NIW at TSC.

1- You can call at any time; what do you have to lose??

2- Your lawyer can call only if a G-28 was filed with the application. If not, USCIS cannot give any information to the lawyer. But whoever calls, you both would get the same information!
