I filed my I140,I485 and EAD concurrently in 2003 and i got my I140 approved in January this year,i would like to know what all documents i need from my current employer and current lawyer before i switch this employer.Its been over 180 days since I140 approved and over 2 yrs since I485 was applied so i guess i am eligible to switch but i want to make sure that my employer can not cancel my case nor deny me any existing documents.
Please let me know the pros and cons of this situation.I have my EAD till July 2006 and Advance parole till end of next year.
