I concurrently filed I-140 (EB1-OR, EAD & AP)/I-485 in Nov 2003. Both my employer and attorney got the approval notices of my I-140 case early April 2004, but even now the online status of the case still only shows "case received." The LUD of both I-140/I-485 is the date that AP (late March 2004) was approved, which is before the I-140 approval. Moreover, I haven't got any FP notice. Should I be concerned?
