I-140 Cancelled when left the company.. rejoined the same company.. what happens then

Hi,

I left my company 'A' to join company 'B'. Company 'A' had applied for I-140. But when I left they sent a letter to INS saying that I left the company. 2 months later, I joined company 'A' again.

Do I need to go through the entire process of GC including labor, I-140 and I-485 again?

Or can the company apply just I-140 and I-485?

Any reponses will be greatly appreciated.

If they are offering you same future job and same salary, you can use existing labor and file I-140 + 485 immediately.
