I-140: Can I leave section K ALien WOrk Experience Empty if experience is not needed?

My attorney told me that because experience is not needed for the position, section K about "Alien Work Experience" can be left empty.
The occupation title is : computer and information research scientists, SOC: 15-1111, Level I
I was told by the attorney that for this occupation title no experience is needed.

Is that so?

You do not need to fill info if you are currently NOT working with petitioning employer BUT if you are currently working then you need to fill info even though this info is not required for job position.
