I-140 @California Service enter

Hi,

Does not california service center process I-140s these days as i do not see any processing time given for I-140.

If California center does not process I-140, where are the I-140s getting directed that are filed by california based employers.

According to the phase II of bi-specialization, Vermont and California service centers are processing the Non-immigrant cases only, whereas Nebraska and Texas service centers process the Immigrant cases. The choice of the service center for I-140 is based on your employer's location as per the following USCIS link.
