Currently I am ready to submit my EB11 to Texas INS center.
But in 2-3 months I will have to move to another state, which is in
Vermont INS center.
1. Should I sumbit EB11 to Texas INS before I leave? If I submit EB11
to Texas, is there any negative effect after I leave? Will this affect
I-485?
2. If I have already submitted to Texas INS before I leave, then after I
leave can I submit another EB11 to Vermont INS? Will the one in Texas be
switched to Vermont?
