I-140 back portability?

Gurus,

I have two labor approvals (same company and job profile) and my situation is:

a/ Approved PERM labor PD 01/07, I-140 in process
b/ Approved RIR labor PD 12/04, I-140 not filed yet

Can I use I-140 filed in a/ for labor in b/?
