I-140 Avm

Hi Guys

One of my friends I-140 AVM says "A written Decision on this case is mailed on Aug14, 2002"

No clue what this means. Asking for further documents or Reject??? (hopefully NOT)

Dont post this message here as no body looks at this thread as the subject itself says I-140. If you want attention of all the expert guys use I-485 in the subject and ask any question. Some may respond to it.
By the way why dont you call the IIO and find out what it means... I did not come across such message before.
