My I140(EB2RIR - ND Jun-2002) is pending at TSC. When I called the INS couple of weeks back the IIO told me that my case is directly assigned to a SUPERVISOR in the second week of Jan'03. Normally the cases are assigned to officers but I am not sure why mine is assigned to a supervisor. The IIO also provided me with the supervisor #.
Is it normal for being a case assigned to a supervisor rather than an officer? Is there any reason to panic?
