Better late than never. They don't know where you were (since you didn't file AR-11). You cannot go backin time, so file AR-11 ASAP and then also notify CIS for any pending docuents they are working on.

I think I didn't file this form in the last 2/3 moves. Since you can only inform about your current and previous address, shall I go ahead and attach a sheet mentioning my previous few address ? will that be ok ?
anybody had any problems for not filing this form ?
CIS is Citizenship & immigration services (short for USCIS).

Before Sept. 11 no one even cared about the AR-11 form (did they even have it)? Just now they want to able to track people's movement. Also, think of the 11 million illegals...do you think they all filed AR-11 ?- and they are still here.

I wouldn't attach a sheet (it is not part of the AR-11 document, no one asked for it, so leave it out). You might file as last address the one they also had on recorded last. If you don't know that, simply put your last physical address on (there will be a gap but what are you going to do about it?).
