140/131/765/485 - RD - 11 April2003

131 / 765 Approval - 30 July 03
140 Approval - 12 Aug 03
485 - Long way to go

hi viking,

i have a quick question. when we file I140, EAD, AP and I485, concurrently, letz say if we get EAD approved before the approval of I140, can we still switch employers or should we wait till our I140 get approved.

i appreciate any inputs from you.

I think it is at least 6 mos. after the 485 is filed for it's portability. I don't know about 140 but I seriously doubt it.
