Just wanted to update folks on the board about my I-140 approval. :D

EB3
Concurrent Filing Nov 2002
I-140 RD November 11, 2002
EAC-030-47-XXXXX
Approval date: Per Online status: September 24, 2003

EAD & Advance Parole both approved on January 9, 2003

I know there are people here waiting for a long time, and it does get frustrating. However, hang in there.. and you'll definately get the good news..

Congratulations.

good to see atleast few approvals !!. So, VSC is working on a range of EB3s...Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan:rolleyes:

ND is 12/2/02...........According to one of the xls sheets, from your postings. :cool:

Do you mean they are actually processing Nov.Dec.Jan even though they showed their processing date is Oct.08?
I really want to know what is going on inside BCIS :confused: :o
I almost get to the point where I feel like vomitting for waiting and waiting...

You're right.. My ND is 12/02/2002. I forgot to mention that in my previous post. (I wasn't sure which date was more important, the RD or the ND) Anyways, judging from the approvals that we are seeing here on the board.. It does seem that the BCIS is working on a range of dates for EB3's as you mentioned in your post.
