I-140 approved

ok guys, this morning the status changed to "This case has been APPROVED...", yesterday it was saying "case cannot be found..."

This means they run some process in the night which updates the status.

Good luck, hang in there you would see the magic words.

ND - 1/25/2003
It took 240 days

Congratulations, Prem.

VSC is now approving all Jan '03 ND EB3 cases. What happened to Nov/Dec cases?. No one w/ NDs in those months?.

Hope fully VSC will move its processing time by couple of months in October (as they did some time back).
